1. Who we are

ANF SOLUTIONS Co., Ltd. (referred to as "ANF Solutions", "we", "us", "our") operates the website https://anfsolutions.co.th/ and acts as the Data Controller for personal data submitted through this site.

2. What personal data we collect

When you contact us via the website, we may collect:

• Identity: name, company name, job title
• Contact: email address, phone number
• Enquiry content: the project details and business context you share with us
• Technical: IP address, browser type, pages visited (via standard server logs)

We do not deliberately collect sensitive personal data (religion, health, biometric, etc.). Please do not include such data in your enquiry.

3. Why we collect it (lawful basis)

• Consent: when you tick the consent box on the contact form (PDPA §19)
• Legitimate interest: responding to your enquiry, providing the services you request
• Contractual necessity: if we enter into a service agreement with you
• Legal obligation: tax, accounting, and other statutory requirements in Thailand

4. How long we keep it

• Enquiry data: up to 24 months from last contact, then deleted or anonymized
• Contract / engagement data: for the duration of the engagement plus 10 years (statutory accounting retention)
• Server logs: up to 90 days

5. Who we share it with

We share personal data only with processors necessary to operate this site and respond to you:

• Formspree (form submission processing) — see Formspree privacy policy
• GitHub Pages (website hosting) — see GitHub privacy statement
• Google Fonts (typography) — see Google privacy policy

We do not sell your personal data or use it for advertising profiling.

6. International transfers

Some processors above (Formspree, GitHub, Google) are based outside Thailand. Where data leaves Thailand, we rely on the processor's own adequacy / Standard Contractual Clauses.

7. Your rights under PDPA

As a data subject, you have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of your data
• Rectification — correct inaccurate data
• Erasure — request deletion ("right to be forgotten")
• Restriction of processing
• Data portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format
• Object to processing based on legitimate interest
• Withdraw consent at any time (without affecting prior lawful processing)
• Lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC) of Thailand

8. Cookies

This site uses only essential cookies (e.g. for session handling). It does not use tracking or advertising cookies. If we ever add analytics, we will update this notice and request consent first.

9. Security

We use HTTPS for all site traffic. Personal data submitted via the contact form is transmitted over TLS and stored by our processors with industry-standard controls. Internal access to enquiry data is restricted to authorized ANF Solutions personnel.

10. Changes to this notice

We may update this Privacy Notice from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest version. Material changes will be highlighted on the homepage.
